Everyone wants to know about their mail and packages.
It's simple here
Drop by the Local Post office located at 3100 Cannan Dr in Angleton to pick up your keys.
The Post Office requires proof of your address (HUD, Deed, etc.) and your photo Identification. That's It.... they will had you your keys, and any mail you might already have.
From then on your mail will be in your box.

Your annual maintenance fees pay for amenities, the front area and mowing of the common areas.
The 2024 maintenance fee is $366.00 and is billed in January and due January 31st.
There is a walking trail, seating, and landscaping within the subdivision.
We also have our community pond for catch and release fishing located at the end of the community.

So what needs a permit, that's pretty simple anything that is visible outside requires a permit just to insure we are all on the same page.
Its easy, and fast.
To get approved takes just a few steps, and usually there is no fee.
1. Download the form and fill it out.
2. Include everything requested such as materials, colors and the County/City permit.
3. If you're adding something new give us a rough drawing to show where your project will go in relation to the home and property lines ensuring it's outside the setbacks (5' side, 25' Front, 10' Rear).
4. Scan and send everything to us by email or submit online on your homeowner portal for current status updates.
Please don't start or order anything until you get approved.
